Incidental adult posterior urethral valve without clinical features

Posterior urethral valves are usually detectedduring infancy by prenatal sonography. Less isknown about presentation and outcome in olderpatients. We are describing a patient whopresented with renal stones and was foundincidentally on cystoscopy to have Type Iurethral valves.
