One Case of Qingfei Paidu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Curing Severe case of COVID-19/ X线与CT在新型冠状病毒肺炎诊断中的应用

Objective To analyze the X-ray and CT imaging findings of corona virus disease 2019, COVID-19), and to investigate its diagnostic value in clinical practice Methods The clinical and imaging data of 18 patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome corona virus 2 infection confirmed by nucleic acid test were retrospectively analyzed The imaging signs and diagnostic value were compared Results Among the 18 cases, 17 patients (94 4%) had a clear epidemiologic history Most of the patients had fever as the first symptom The white blood cell count was normal or reduced in 17 patients (94 4%), and the lymphocyte count decreased in 4 patients (22 2%) Positive CT sign and X -ray sign were presented in 15 patients (83 3%) and 6 patients (33 3%), respectively On CT images, the main lesions were subpleural in 14 cases (77 8%), ground glass lesions were found in 8 cases (44 4%), solid lesions were found in3 cases (16 7%), and mixed lesions were found in4 cases (22 2%) Interlobular septal thickening was observed in 6patients (33 3%), bronchial inflation sign was observed in 3 patients (16 71%), and " paving stone" change was observed in 3 patients (16 7%) Conclusion The CT imaging findings of COVID - 19 are specific in most cases Although the X-ray imaging findings are not specific, they have certain hints Combined with the epidemic history, clinical symptoms, blood cell examination and imaging findings of the patients, it is helpful for the diagnosis of COVID- 19
