Review on International Teacher Training Research: A Knowledge-mapping-based Research

Based on the knowledge-mapping-analysis procedure,1310 articles which published in 2001-2010 from WoS are involved,present study explores the general aspects of teacher training research and practice.By this procedure,3 hot-discussed fields are revealed.Besides,present study shed light on the 8 sub-fields of international teacher training area.Aiming to improve the efficiency of teacher training program,this paper raises 4 suggestions include constructing support system while the training program is implementing,to broad the training perspective,put the real situation of trainees into training program and improving the information literacy of trainees.
