With the continuous advancement of personnel system reform of China’s medical understaking, the proportion of contract nurses increases year by year. However, the high loss rate of contract nurses has always been an important issue faced by nurse managers. Our hospital, with the starting point of improving occupational qualities and abilities of clinical nursing staff and stabilizing nursing team, makes in-depth discussion and research about such aspects as concept, personnel, continuing education, professional ability assessment, service, etc, and also enacts a series of systems and measures in terms of personnel and nursing management [1]. For example, increase the basic salary of contract nurse with rights of having prize money, participating assessment and having paid leave of cadre. This acquires significant effect.
