The fixing device comprises a steel box beam; the back end of the steel box beam is fixedly connected with a box beam back end plate; the front end of the steel box beam is fixedly connected with a box beam front end plate; a tower crane attached connecting piece is arranged on the box beam front end plate; the tower crane attached connecting piece is connected with a tower crane tower body standard section through a tower crane attached pull rod; parallel transverse connecting plates are arranged between the front end and the back end of the bottom of the steel box beam; round holes are respectively formed in two ends of each transverse connecting plate; reinforcement concrete floors are below the transverse connecting plates; and the transverse connecting plates and the reinforcement concrete floors are fixed through inserting bolts in the round holes.
