Ulcerated palatal canalicular adenoma: a case series and review of the literature

Canalicular adenoma is a benign minor salivary gland neoplasm, which most commonly occurs in or near the upper lip. We present three cases of palatal canalicular adenoma that presented with mucosal ulceration, highlighting diagnosis, treatment and follow up, with a review of the current literature.
