Incomplete Behçet's disease with calf muscle pain and MRI hyperintensity due to possible thrombophlebitis

A 17-year-old Japanese boy presented with a tender, erythematous, cord-like nodule along the blood vessel in the left cubital fossa and was admitted to our department for detailed examination.
