The invention discloses an ion trap mass analyzer based infrared light dissociation spectrograph. The infrared light dissociation spectrograph comprises an electric spraying apparatus, a transmission line, an octopole rod, a hexapole rod and a low-temperature linetype ion trap which are connected in sequence, wherein an ion detector and an infrared laser system are arranged outside the low-temperature linetype ion trap; the transmission line, the octopole rod, the hexapole rod and the low-temperature linetype ion trap are arranged in a four-level differential air-extraction vacuum system; the electric spraying apparatus is taken as the ionization source for ionizing neutral substances into ions; then the ions are transferred to the low-temperature linetype ion trap through the transmission line, the octopole rod and the hexapole rod; the low-temperature linetype ion trap is used as the mass analyzing device; the infrared light output by the infrared laser system is emitted to the low-temperature linetype ion trap; and the ions are subjected to the links of ionization, ion cooling, ion selection, infrared light dissociation, mass analysis and clearing in the low-temperature linetype ion trap. The ion trap mass analyzer based infrared light dissociation spectrograph has the characteristics of miniaturization, low cost, easy maintenance, high stability, high sensitivity and high resolution.
