The utility model discloses a clamping turnover mechanism, which comprises two clamping arms; wherein, the two clamping arms are respectively assembled on clamp shafts arranged on both ends of a clamping arm base, and can longitudinally slide along the clamp shafts; and the terminals of the two clamping arms are respectively provided with workpiece chucks, which can apply clamping force through the two clamping arms to clamp a turning workpiece. Each workpiece chuck comprises an oscillating shaft seat, an oscillating oil cylinder, a front supporting bearing, a rear supporting bearing, a propping shaft seat and a propping shaft, wherein, the oscillating shaft seat is fixed on the terminal of the clamping arm; an oscillating shaft seat lug boss is arranged on the inner wall of the oscillating shaft seat; the body of the oscillating oil cylinder is fixed on the oscillating shaft seat; the oscillating shaft runs through the cavity of the oscillating shaft seat; the inside tracks of the front and the rear supporting bearings are respectively supported by the oscillating shaft; the outside tracks of the front and the rear supporting bearings respectively support the oscillating shaft seat; the outer end surface of the front supporting bearing clings to the body of the oscillating oil cylinder; the outer end surface of the rear supporting bearing clings to the oscillating shaft seat lug boss; the propping shaft seat is fixed on one end of the oscillating shaft; and the propping shaft, which is assembled on the propping shaft seat, is used to clamp the turning workpiece. The clamping turnover mechanism can reliably clamp the workpiece and flexibly turn over the workpiece. On the basis, the utility model also provides a corresponding core combiner.
