ЭНДОХИРУРГИЧЕСКИЕ ВМЕШАТЕЛЬСТВА В КОРРЕКЦИИ ПАТОЛОГИИ УРЕТЕРОВЕЗИКАЛЬНОГО СЕГМЕНТА У ДЕТЕЙ

The fi rst experience with the use of endosurgical interventions for correction of pathological vesicoureteral segment in children is reported with the description of technical peculiarities of Lich-Gregoir’s laparoscopic operation and endovesicular ureterocystoimplantations by the methods of Politano-Leadbetter and Cohen. The analysis of treatment results and complications shows that endosurgical modifi cations of traditional ureterocystoimplantations are effi cacious and low-traumatic tools for the correction of pathological vesicoureteral segment in children by an adequately trained surgeon in compliance with the principles of antirefl ux surgery.
