Clinical Analysis of 38 Patients with Traumatic Intra-Abdominal Hemorrhage

Objective:To further improve the level of diagnosis and treatment traumatic for intra-abdominal hemorrhage in patients. Methods:Clinical data of 38 cases of traumatic intra-abdominal hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed. Results:While all cases had received operative treatment, 36 cases were cured, 2 cases died. There were the complications in the periol of treatment, including 8 cases of wound infection, 2 cases wound dehiscence, 5 cases intestines adhesion and intestines obstruction. Conclusion: The most important determinant in managing intra-abdominal hemorrhage was early diagnosis, prompt operation and correct treatment, and it should be the key to improve the rate of salvage and decrease the rate of morbid.
