[Out-of-the-hospital emergencies. Application of nursing diagnosis].

The objective of this project is to use standardized treatment plans using nursing diagnosis based on the taxonomy provided by the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA) on patients cared for in the outpatient emergency ward as well as to improve the communication among the nurses in the emergency ward and the health clinics.
