Contamination characteristic testing device for segmental temperature control coal burning boiler

2012
The utility model relates to a contamination characteristic testing device for a segmental temperature control coal burning boiler. The contamination characteristic testing device comprises a hearth and a flue, wherein the lower end of the hearth is connected with a burner for jetting coal dust inwards, and a hedging air pipeline; the burner is connected with a primary air inlet pipeline and a secondary air inlet pipeline respectively; the primary air inlet pipeline, the secondary air inlet pipeline and the hedging air pipeline are communicated with a blower; the outer side of the hearth is provided with an insulating layer; a plurality of electric heating elements are segmentally arranged on a hearth wall; a segmental cooling jacket is arranged outside the flue; the tail part of the flue is connected with a heat exchanger; and a plurality of testing holes are uniformly formed in both the hearth and the flue. According to the contamination characteristic testing device, various temperature conditions of a practical boiler hearth are simulated, so that the stability and flexibility of a testing system are improved; the temperature of the hearth can be stabilized at a temperature required by testing by adopting segment electric heating; and due to the adoption of the segmental cooling jacket, the temperature of the flue gas can be accurately controlled in a required range, different flue position environments in a practical boiler can be simulated, and the contamination characteristic of the coal ash in different flue temperature areas can be researched conveniently.
