Erfolgreiche Therapie einer Lymphomatoiden Papulose mit Gemcitabin

We report on a 66-years old male caucasian patient with histology proven cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) of the lymphomatoid papulosis (LyP) type, whose clincal typically exanthema like skin lesions nearly completely resolved within 2 months during 2 cycles of systemic monochemotherapy with gemcitabine (Gemzar ® ) because of metastatic urothel carcinoma. The present LyP case is to the best of our knowledge the first reported to respond to gemcitabine.
