Biochemical Markers for Hepatic Fibrosis Preview

2016
The liver is an organ essential for functioning of the organism. One of the liver pathologies, the leading cause of mortality and morbidity occurs by fibrosis and cirrhosis. The current diagnosis and subsequent treatment standard of excellence for fibrosis is the biopsy, however, the fibrotic process is not accompanied by dynamically and liver physiology is not demonstrated, in addition to persist intra-observatory errors. This study sought to prove by means of a review, the importance of the use of serological tests that feature a noninvasively, generating the patient a treatment faster and less painful. Non-invasive methods applied jointly establish indexes correlated to a histopathological study, so the metabolic, morphological and functional changes better evaluated within the framework of reducing liver disease by up to 70% the need for biopsies. So non-invasive markers offer, through technological advancement, better standardization of measurement of hepatic fibrosis histological preparation and advanced mode. Keywords: Hepatic fibrosis serum markers, liver edia and internet services, some do not need all that high rate of data transmission. Adaptive Modulation and Diversity techniques are two methods used to ensure that the given frequency bandwidth for the wireless communication is effectively and efficiently utilize, and to ensure negligible bit error rate and higher throughput. This research focuses on how to simulate Adaptive Modulation to maintain steady low bit error rate, using MATLAB and Fuzzy Interface System. As the distance between the transmitting base station and the mobile receiver increases, the Signal-to-Noise ratio decreases and the order of Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (QAM) selected decreases, to ensure a stabilized bit error rate.  As the mobile user comes nearer the transmitting base station, the order of QAM increases to ensure maximum use of available bandwidth for increased throughput and also stabilized bit error rate. This is clearly demonstrated in this article.
