Synthesis of 2,4,5-Triaryl-5H-chromeno[4,3-b]pyridines in Ionic Liquid

The synthesis of 2,4,5-triaryl-5H-chromeno[4,3-b]pyridines via a three-component one-pot cascade reaction of 2-hydroxyacetophenone, aromatic aldehyde and ammonium acetate in ionic liquid [BMIM][BF 4 ] was reported.
