Research on Multilevel Coordinational Flexible Scheduling Strategy of One-Track Dual-Stacker System Oriented Towards Response Time on Demand Side

2018
The multiple one-track dual-stacker systems that go in and out the platform in automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) are prone to cause jamming of tasks, leading to interruption of feeding on demand side and production halt. Multilevel coordination of upper system and stacker scheduling subsystem utilizes “dynamic zoning” of upper system to eliminate interference among tasks. Besides, the concept of “compound tasks” is introduced to decrease inefficient travelled distance: Via own scheduling, the stacker subsystem realizes “nearby storage and retrieval” and “parapositional storage”. This compound scheduling realizes flexible control and management of one-track dual-stacker system, shortens response time of demand side, improves work efficiency of stacker and guarantees production.
