Concrete pouring support prepressing device

2012
The utility model relates to the field of concrete pouring construction technology, in particular to a concrete pouring support prepressing device, and aims at solving the problems that a traditional erecting and bearing method for the cantilever construction of a girder bridge is not easy to implement, high in cost, time-consuming and labor-consuming. The concrete pouring support prepressing device comprises jacks, a distributive girder, a counter-force girder, finish rolling deformed steel bars and anchoring devices. The distributive girder is arranged on the top of a support. A plurality of jacks are symmetrically arranged on the distributive girder. The counter-force girder is connected with the distributive girder through the jacks. Two ends of the counter-force girder are respectively connected with the finish rolling deformed steel bars. The other ends of the finish rolling deformed steel bars are connected with the anchoring devices. The anchoring devices are located under the counter-force girder. Compared with a traditional real object cutting and loading method or a water tank loading method and the like, the concrete pouring support prepressing device reduces consumption of manpower and materials, thereby reducing construction cost.
