Fractura vertebral en una paciente con gammapatía monoclonal y neuropatía periférica

The detection of a vertebral fracture in a patient with monoclonal gammopathy requires a multidisciplinary evaluation, in order to make an adequate therapeutic decision. Here we present the case of a female patient with a diagnosis of plasma cell dyscrasia referred to oncological treatment.
