Round ligament fibroids are rare and differ from uterine fibroids [1]. The round ligament is mesodermal in origin and composed of smooth muscle, fibrous tissue, fat, blood vessels, and nerves [2]. The most commonly found tumors of the round ligament are leiomyomas, followed by other pathologies like endometriosis and mesothelial cysts [3].
