Priapismo de baixo débito: tratamento cirúrgico com fístula safeno-cavernosa
2007
Descrided for the first time by Tripe in 1845, priapism is a fairly uncommon presentation in the emergency room, but when it does present, it represents a truly urologic emergency, and in the majority of the cases it can be resolved with medical treatment. In other cases a more aggressive treatment will be needed and surgery can be the only solution for this problem. We present two cases of low-flow priapism that were resolved with a safena-to-cavernosa shunt (Grayack technique).
