Personal Electric Shock Situation Analysis Method for Distribution Network

2018
Distribution network as a link between the power system and users, the safety and stability of its safe operation determines the reliability of the power supply of the majority of users and the personal safety of the distribution network. The distribution network has a complex structure, frequent ground faults, and frequent personal electric shocks, causing a series of serious consequences. Based on current information, human body impedance and electrophysiological responses, this article analyzes the human safety current. Three types of electric shock scene modeling and simulation were carried out for different distribution network electric shock situations. The corresponding fault currents and the situation in which the human body withstands current and voltage were analyzed. Under different environmental conditions, the relationship between faulty electrical quantity and personal injury level of distribution network under typical scenarios was verified by CDEGS simulation. The results will help to establish the distribution network technical parameters that take into account personal safety, and have a certain significance for future theoretical research and project implementation.
