The electrical power repair tensioning device comprises a base, wherein four universal wheels are evenly distributed on the periphery of the lower surface of the base; a bracket A is vertically welded at one side of the upper surface of the base; a bracket B is vertically welded at the other side of the upper surface of the base; through holes are formed in the middle part of the bracket A and the middle part of the bracket B; a rotating shaft A matched with the through hole is arranged between the through hole in the middle part of the bracket A and the through hole in the middle part of the bracket B; and a head pulley is arranged in the middle part of the rotating shaft A. By combination of a sliding chute, the rotating shaft B and a secondary pulley, the rotating shaft B can vertically move in the sliding chute along the direction of the sliding chute; and placement of a cable and pressing of the cable are facilitated. By combination of a pressure rod, a connecting rod and a support rod, synchronous descending of two ends of the rotating shaft B can be ensured by the support rod; the top end of the head pulley is manually attached to the bottom end of the secondary pulley through the pressure rod; and the cable is pressed, so that the stability in the tensioning process is ensured; and the cable is prevented from slipping.
