Successful treatment of Fazio Londe disease/Brown-Vialetto-van-Laere syndrome with riboflavin

This describes a dramatic improvement in a child who was quadriplegic who was treated with with riboflavin, to correct an abnormality of riboflavin transport port identified by the metabolic team, who was later found to have genetic confirmation of BVVL syndrome
