The invention provides a fluorine-containing triazolopyridine compound with a structure in the following formula I as shown in the specification as well as a racemate, an R-isomer, an S-isomer, a medicinal salt or a mixture thereof. The compound can be used as an mGluR2 positive allosteric regulator to play a role, is capable of highly selectively activating mGluR2, but is incapable of playing a role or capable of playing a weak role in activating other homological metabotropic glutamate receptors so as to be used for preparing drugs for treating mGluR2-related diseases such as diseases related to the central nervous system and the spirit system.
