Tumoral Calcinosis in a Chronic Hemodialysis Patient

Tumoral calcinosis is a rare but serious complication in uremic patients. It is generally associated with high calcium and phosphate product and an advanced secondary hyperparathyroidism. We hereby report a patient on hemodialysis presenting with a huge, non-painful right shoulder mass.
