Observention the effect of analgesia after cholecyst resection by diclofenac sodium.

Objective:Probe into the effect of diclofenac sodium applying cholecyst resection.Method:100 patients with cholecyst resection were divided into two groups by odd and even number of operation order.The therapy group(n=50)given 50 mg diclofenac sodium after operation, the conter group(n=50)given 50 mg pethidine by intramuscular injection after operation 4 to 6 h,analgesia effect and repose condition were obsered.Result:There was remarkable difference between two groups in difference analgesia way,analgesia effect and repose cotitian in therapy group were better than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Diclofenac sodium was the better way to releve the pain of cholecyst resection.
