Background Long-term evaluations 10 years after Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB) are limited. We report the development in weight and cardiovascular risk factors during 10 years after laparoscopic RYGB, with evaluation of gastrointestinal symptoms and quality of life (QoL) at 10-year follow-up.
