Syndrome inflammatoire isolé: penser aux tumeurs bénignes du foie

The authors report seven cases of benigh tumors of the liver revealed by elevated acute phase reactants. They show that these elevated acute phase reactants are not linked with a particular histological diagnosis, the presence of tumor necrosis and that they disappear with the chirurgical cure of the tumor.
