Panlong Reference on Mouse Study Thermal Stimulation

Objective: To observe the pain relieving effect of the Tibetan herb Spiranthes lancea(Thunb.) Backer,bckh.f.et Steenis.Method:Extraction Spiranthes lancea(Thunb.) Backer,bckh.f.et Steenis in water(7.5g·kg-1) and(3.75g·kg-1),using mice as an experiment,observe whether the application of the solution causes any reduction in the duration of the mice's reaction to pain,when the mice are subjected to heat stimulation of 55±0.5℃.Results:It's can keep longer time of pain's area of mice.Conclusion:The Tibetan herb Spiranthes lancea(Thunb.) Backer,bckh.f.et Steenis has significant effect in pain relief(P0.001).
