Стрессовые факторы и психические расстройства при болезни Шегрена: клиникопсихопатологический и психологический анализ

The researchers analyze the prevalence of stress factors and psychopathological disorders in patients with systemic rheumatic disorder called the Sjogren disease. They consider most common mental disorders in connection with traumatic factors and clinical characteristics of the Sjogren disease. Special attention is paid to the childhood trauma and itsrole in development of vulnerability for affective disorders. The results of investigation confirm the affective-stress model of mental disorders in this systemic rheumatic disorder.
