PolyOculus: Low-cost Spectroscopy for the Community

A key challenge for astronomy in the time-domain era is the lack of spectroscopic followup facilities. We have developed PolyOculus to produce large-area telescopes using fiber optics to link multiple semi-autonomous, small, commercial-off-the-shelf telescopes. This has construction costs which are >10× lower than traditional telescopes.
