Micro-Vibration Environment Parameters Measurement and Analysis of a Novel Satellite in Orbit

2020
The in-orbit remote sensing results of optical payloads on a novel kind of satellite are affected obviously by the micro-vibration environment in the satellite platform, and it is needed to suppress and compensate the errors for higher sensing accuracy. However, remote sensing errors compensations are based on the accurate micro-vibration environment data provided by the micro-vibration measurement system. In order to visualize the micro-vibration data for the satellite platform and optical payloads which operate in different modes, a kind of micro-vibration environment parameters measurement system with variable measurement ranges and high fault-tolerance ability is proposed. The system can measure the micro-vibration data in different modes with one processing channel, which can reduce the power consumption, volume, and weight simultaneously. Finally, the in-orbit micro-vibration environment data measured by this system is analyzed by frequency domain analytical method, and compared with the data obtained in ground as well. It is found that, the system proposed in this chapter can visualize the in-orbit micro-vibration environment data for satellite platform and payloads operating in different modes accurately and effectively. The successful development of this system has great significance for compensating measurement errors of optical payloads, optimizing the structure of satellite platform and so on.
