LES TUMEURS DE LA TETE DU PANCREAS AUX STADES AVANCES

The authors report 100 cases of pancreas head cancer. Eighteen per cent of the patients are older than 70 years and 62% present with cholangitis. In our study 89 patients underwent surgery. Resecability rate was 13,4%. Cholangitis is the main factor of postoperative mortality. Laparoscopic sonography may help in diagnosis and after management in patients with suspected pancreatic neoplasms.
