An Online High-speed Card Characters Recognition and Verification System Based on Multi-Neural Network

In card manufacturing industry, it is very important to certify the characters printed on the cards. In this paper, we introduce a high-speed character recognition and verification system based on multi-neural network for verifying characters on plastic cards. The result based on real products shows the good performance of the system. Index Terms – OCR; Image Segmentation; Text Extraction; Neural Network.
