The realization methods of product design quality fuzzy evaluation and project decision for CE based on the function and characteristics are expounded in this paper.Combining fuzzy evaluation and AHP.,a mathematics model of product designing quality fuzzy synthesized evaluation is set up.Gear box,for instance,is applied with the method to choose the most optimum project from a group of them.
