Method for separating light hydrocarbon from isobutene device by using methanol as adsorbent

2016
The invention relates to a method for separating light hydrocarbon from an isobutene device by using methanol as an adsorbent, and is mainly used for solving the problem of high energy consumption in the prior art. In order to solve the problem, the technical scheme adopted by the invention lies in that the method for separating the light hydrocarbon from the isobutene device by using the methanol as the adsorbent disclosed by the invention is adopted, the methanol is used as a high-efficient adsorbent, and isobutene reaction product gas prepared through isobutane dehydrogenation is effectively separated, so that the circulation volume of the adsorbent is reduced, the steam consumption and the steam grade of a solvent in a recovery process are reduced, the energy consumption can be reduced to 70-85% of that in the prior art, and the method can be used for separating the light hydrocarbon from the isobutene device.
