Au/Fe3O4 immunity chromatography test paper, preparation method and applications thereof

The invention discloses an Au/Fe3O4 immunity chromatography test paper, a preparation method and applications thereof. The Au/Fe3O4 immunity chromatography test papery comprises a support substrate, a sample cushion placed on the substrate, a coupling cushion containing an Au/Fe3O4 labeled antibody, a NC membrane containing a detection line T and a quality control line C, and a water absorbing cushion, wherein the Au/Fe3O4 labeled antibody is an antibody of virus to be detected which has been labeled by Au/Fe3O4 nano particles. Au/Fe3O4 nano particles are adopted to replace conventional colloidal gold and magnetic beads so as to construct a novel Au/Fe3O4 immunity chromatography test paper, which is integrated with the advantages of colloidal gold test paper and magnetic immunity chromatography test paper, namely easy labeling and rapid separation and scrubbing through a magnetic separation rack, and moreover the Au/Fe3O4 is advantageously used for quantitative sample detection through a related weak-magnetic signal reader.
