Construction and Practice of Hospital High Quality Nursing Service System under New Situation

Objective To construct a hospital high quality nursing service system under new situation.Methods A leading group was established to develop implementational plans and construct hospital high quality care service system focusing on strengthening the concept of nursing services,tamping the foundation of basic care,innovating management mechanism and improving the logistics support system.Results The inpatients' satisfaction rates of nursing service and nursing techniques were 99.62% and 99.73% respectively with a large increase compared to the same period in 2009.Establishement of demonstration ward of high quality nursing service improved nurses' satisfaction rates of the work environment and working methods and doctors' satisfaction rate of nursing practice.Conclusion The construction and practice of high quality nursing service system can strengthen basic nursing,ensure nursing safety,enhance nurse-patient harmony,and promote the development of the nursing discipline.【
