The Growing Characteristics of Bacterium-211

Bacterium_211 can produce a lot of organic acid on the glucose culture_medium.The best condition of spore_formed over 90% was shaked culture at 45℃ 220rmp for 44hr.The spore of 211 can resister boiling 50 min at 100℃.The experiment showed that 211 may grow well,in the situation of 8% Nacl and 60%pig bile,and the suitable PH is between 6.0～7.5.211 is sensitive to eleven kind of antibiotics,such as cefazolin tetracycline chloramphenicol etc.So 211 Should be applied without those antibiotics.
