Cell imaging with multi-color DNA framework probes

Utilizing the programmability of the fractal DNA frameworks, multi- color probes was constructed by arranging the fluorescent molecules and nucleic acid aptamers on the structure. Multiplexed cell imaging and classification was realized through pattern recognition.
