Messa a punto di un metodo analitico per la determinazione delle masse molecolari di proteine ed idrolizzati proteici mediante elettroforesi capillare con la tecnica Dynamic Sieving of SDS Protein Complexes (DSCE)

Optimized conditions were described for separation of SDS-protein and peptides by the DSCE technique in relation to molecular masses (M r ). Parameters studied were: injected volume sample, injection time, capillary equilibration time, capillary temperature. Commercial sieving buffers for separation of SDS proteins were used at M r range of 14-116 KDa with good results, while they were unsuitable for the separation of hydrolyzed protein at M r range of 2-10 KDa.
