CONSTITUTION: This penetration delivery device is obtained by forming the solid core containing the active material such as peptide, etc., coating the core with the delay jacket, coating the core with a copolymer of methacrylic acid ester, etc., on demand, applying a release orifice to the membrane, coating a colon soluble skin such as cellulose acetate-phthalate NF, etc., on this semipermeable membrane.
