The present invention relates to the technical field of illumination, and discloses an organic electroluminescent device comprising a first electrode, an organic light-emitting layer and a second electrode stacked on a substrate. The second electrode includes a plurality of parallel electrode bodies arranged above the organic light-emitting layer, and a wire connection part provided on the substrate. The electrode bodies and the wire connection part are electrically connected through a short-circuit prevention component. The short-circuit prevention design structure is provided in the second electrode, and the impedance between the electrode bodies of the second electrode and the wire connection part of the second electrode is increased by the short-circuit prevention structure, so that the current passing through the second electrode is limited to protect the device function.
