Lysosomal Storage Disorders: Fabry Disease

Lysosomal storage disorders (LSD) are inherited disorders due to enzyme deficiencies; Anderson Fabry disease (AFD) is an example of LSD and will be discussed in detail in this chapter. While multiple organ systems are involved, this account focuses specifically on the dermatologic and cardiac manifestations in AFD.
