Results In 820 cases of qualified survey in five counties, two districts and one city, which drug use behavior was 2.9%, including intravenous injection of 0.2% Different areas of drug use behavior difference was statistically significant (likelihood ratio χ2 = 57.175, P=0.000), which Jiangyou was up to 12.4%.The rate of HIV / syphilis infection among drug users was 12.5%/13.6%. Single factor analysis: age(χ2=6.838, P=0.033), anal sex number in last week(χ2=18.391, P=0.000), commercial sex in last 6 months(χ2=10.658, P=0.001), the last commercial sex being projective(χ2=4.186, P=0.041), in the last 6 months male anal sex being projective(χ2=15.314, P=0.000), in recent year been diagnosed with venereal disease(χ2=82.753, P=0.000), doing an HIV test the recent year(χ2=4.531, P=0.033)and drug use behavior was of a relationship.Logistic regression analysis showed that independent factors of MSM in drug use behavior were anal sex number in last week, in the last 6 months male anal sex being projective, in recent year been diagnosed with venereal disease. Those people who did anal sex more than 2 times in last week, had unprotected sex behaviors in last 6 months, in recent year had been diagnosed with venereal disease had a higher drug addicts proportion.
