The Comparison in the Effects on Anti-oxidative Damage between the Mongolian Medicine and the Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Bacterial Cholecystitis of the Rabbits

Objective: To investigate the curative effects of the Mongolian medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the bacterial cholecystitis,and the changes in the contents of MDA and SOD in serum . Methods: The model of the bacterial cholecystitis was made in the rabbit. To detect the contents of MDA and SOD in serum of the rabbits after administration for 30 days. Results: The content of MDA in Mongolian medicine control group was lower significantly than that in the model control group and the traditional Chinese medicine control group (P 0.05). And the content of SOD in the Mongolian medicine control group was higher significantly than that in other control groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: The contents of MDA and SOD could reflect the condition of the oxidative damage of the bacterial cholycestitis. And the effect of the Mongolian medicine,Digedayisu,surpasses Xiaoyanlidanpian on anti-oxidative damage.
