Catalytic antibodies— something for everyone

The intention in this workshop article is to capture the flavour of a recent CIBA symposium on catalytic antibodies*, to highlight the importance of the interaction between the enzymologists, protein chemists, immunologists, chemists and molecular biologists in this field, and to point out some of the directions the research is taking and the potential applications of catalytic antibodies
