Genital Vitiligo with Reticular Pigmentation in a Male Patient

: A 56-year-old Caucasian man presented with multiple pigmented lesions at the root of the penile shaft, associated with achromic macules. He referred that the lesions (both pigmented and achromic) had been present since the age of 6 years and had remained stable and asymptomatic, without any history of previous traumas.
