Examination and Inspection Systems for the Design of Concrete Mix-proportions Based on Construction Performance of Fresh Concrete

This paper outlines the state of the art report on construction performance and issues related to examination and inspection systems for fresh concrete. The authors identified the problem and limitation of the present evaluation system of construction performance and issues related to the current slump test, and carried out a factor analysis (interrelation diagram) on quality control issues and quality problems with regard to the construction of civil engineering structures. Based on this understanding and results, this paper describes measures to ensure workability needed for construction. This paper also proposes experimental methods for examinations and inspections related to the design of concrete mix proportions as alternatives to the slump test.本稿は,フレッシュコンクリートの施工性能における照査・検査システムに関する現状と課題について概説したものである。スランプ試験の置かれた現状と課題を把握した上で,コンクリート構造物の施工における品質管理の課題の抽出および品質トラブルの要因分析(相互連関図)を行い,施工性能確保のための方策について述べた。また,スランプに代わるコンクリートの配合設計に関する照査・検査の試験方法を提案した。
